Services and contracting parties
The scope, fees and responsibilities for our services must be agreed separately. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we act as advisor/facilitator and are not the principal contracting party in the underlying property transaction.
Technical services
Engineering, planning and design support are subject to agreed scope, applicable requirements and engagement of appropriately qualified professionals where required. Website content and general conversations are not certifications or statutory approvals.
